Yes, we do! We ship worldwide with Aramex.
Approximate international shipping period is between 5 to 8 days.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card payment: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all currencies and countries.
We also accept Cash On Delivery payment for Lebanon, U.A.E, K.S.A, Kuwait and Qatar orders.

Is it safe to use my credit card? Yes, shopping at K.Lynn Lingerie is safe! Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected.

Can I pay with Cash On Delivery? Yes! We offer the Cash On Delivery for Lebanon, K.S.A, U.A.E, & Qatar orders. Simply select the “Cash On Delivery” option during Checkout.

How much do I pay for shipping fees?
Once you proceed to checkout, the shipping rate will be calculated on the checkout page. It will display before you click submit so you can decide if you want to continue with your purchase.

If I place my order on a weekend, when will it be sent out for delivery?
Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Any orders placed on weekends will ship on Monday or Tuesday depending on product availability.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a secondary email containing the tracking number provided by Aramex once your order is released from our warehouse.

Customs Fees & Taxes: Customs fees are set by your country and we have no control over them. We can’t control them and do not benefit from them in any way. Customers are responsible for these fees in order to receive their delivery. Thank you!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you are not (items didn’t fit right, changed your mind about them, or didn’t like the color you purchased…). Please send us an email to info@13.37.33.182 mentioning your order number, the products you’d like to exchange, and the reason for exchange. We will get back to you with 24 hours on how to proceed.

Can I return something I bought online to one of you stores?
Yes. Please scroll down to read our Returns & Exchanges policy for Lebanon, U.A.E, Qatar, & Kuwait.

What isn’t eligible for return & exchanging?
There are some items that we won’t take back:

  • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging and tags cannot be exchanged.
  • Slippers that are dirty, scuffed, worn or returned with missing or damaged boxes
  • Intimates, Swimwear, Bodysuits, and Underwear without their lining.
  • All adhesive products & Seductive products are strictly not eligible for return.

I received my order but something’s wrong, what do I do?
Don’t worry about it, we’re here to assist you! If you’ve received your order and something’s wrong, we need to know within 7 days. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect please send us an email to info@13.37.33.182 with a picture of the defective/damaged/incorrect item and mention your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours on how to send us back the items FREE OF CHARGE once your case has been evaluated by our team.

 
Returns & Exchanges: Lebanon, U.A.E, Qatar, & Kuwait

Option 1: Exchanging or Returning items to K.Lynn Lingerie stores

  1. Contact us by email at info@13.37.33.182 or on our WhatsApp service number +9613306053 and let us know which item you would like to return.
  2. Head to your nearest K.Lynn Lingerie store and return the item.
  3. Once the item(s) has been evaluated by our store manager and is eligible for return, you will have two options:
    1. Exchange the items on the spot.
    2. We issue you a store voucher equal to the amount paid for the returned item.

Option 2: Exchanging or Returning items to Warehouse Address by courier service.

  1. Contact us by email at info@13.37.33.182 or on our WhatsApp service number +9613306053 and let us know which item you would like to return.
  2. Our representative will give you instructions on how to send the package to our warehouse address found below with the courier service of your choice.
  3. Once the item(s) is received in our warehouse & approved for returning or exchanging, we will get back to you via email or WhatsApp on how to proceed with choosing a replacement item through our website. In case you did not find a replacement item of your choice, you can also choose to ask for a store voucher in the amount you initially paid which can used on our website within 1 year from the date your order was placed.

Returns & Exchanges: All other International Orders (including K.S.A):

  2. Our representative will give you instructions on how to send the package to our warehouse address found below with the courier service of your choice.
  3. Once the item(s) is received in our warehouse & approved for returning or exchanging, we will get back to you via email or WhatsApp on how to proceed with choosing a replacement item through our website. You can also choose to ask for a coupon code in the amount you initially paid which can used on our website within 1 year from the date your order was placed.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the Exchanges & Returns shipping cost unless the customer received a wrong item, wrong size, or damaged goods.
  • Processing returns takes up to 3 business days after they are received in our warehouse.
